The rules for using Tablesse — your account, acceptable use, and the limits of our liability.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or entity per account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent items, list counterfeit or prohibited goods, harass other members, scrape the service, or attempt to circumvent our fees, payments, or security controls. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms.
3. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload, and grant Tablesse a non-exclusive licence to host and display them to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.
4. Marketplace transactions
Tablesse provides the venue and payment processing; the contract of sale or rental is between buyer and seller. Fees, payouts, and the buyer-pays commission are described at checkout and in the Seller Agreement.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Tablesse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take a new version and we will ask you to accept the updated terms before you continue to use gated features.
