Seller Agreement

The terms for listing and selling on Tablesse — accurate condition, fees, payouts, shipping, and returns.
1. Accurate listings
You must own or be authorised to sell each item, describe its condition honestly, and disclose defects. Tablesse requires condition evidence photos (overall, backstamp/mark, and a photo of each declared defect) before a listing can be published.
2. Fees & payouts
Tablesse charges a 5% commission on the item price or rental subtotal, deducted from your payout and collected via Stripe. Shipping you charge passes through to you in full and is never commissioned. Buyers separately pay a payment-processing fee of 3% + $0.30, which covers what our payment processor charges to move the money and is not revenue to Tablesse. Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account after the order completes. You are responsible for your own taxes. Tablesse itself is free to use — there is no membership or subscription.
3. Prohibited items
No counterfeits, misrepresented reproductions, stolen goods, or items you may not legally sell. Violations may result in listing removal, order reversal, and account suspension.
4. Fulfilment
Ship sold items promptly to the buyer’s confirmed address, enter accurate carrier and tracking details, and pack fragile items to survive transit. Rentals are governed by the deposit and return terms shown at booking.
5. Returns, claims & refunds
You agree to honour the Buyer Protection policy, including our returns, damage-claim, and refund process. Refunds for a case reverse the corresponding seller payout and return our commission to you pro rata.
