1. What we collect
Account details (email, display name), collection and listing content you create, order and shipping information, messages you send, and technical data such as device and log information needed to run the service.
2. How we use it
To operate your account and collection, process marketplace orders and payments, provide support, maintain trust & safety (reviews, reports, moderation), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Processors that run the service on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), hosting and database, storage, and image processing — under contract and only as needed. Shipping addresses are shared with the counterparty to a transaction so orders can be fulfilled.
4. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Collection items you delete are soft-deleted and purged on our retention schedule.
5. Your rights
You may access, export (Collection export), correct, or delete your data, and object to certain processing, subject to legal limits. Contact us to exercise these rights.
