Buyer Protection & Returns
Version 2026-08-21 · Effective 2026-08-21
How you are protected when you buy — item-not-as-described, damage in transit, returns, and refunds.
1. What is covered
Orders paid through Tablesse are covered if the item never arrives, arrives damaged, or is materially not as described (wrong item, undisclosed defects, counterfeit).
2. Opening a case
Confirm or report an issue after delivery. You may open a return or a damage claim from your order, attach photo evidence, and request a full or partial refund up to the amount you paid. One active case per order.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in full or in part, including a pro-rata share of the payment-processing fee — you are made whole for what you paid. Partial refunds are available where you keep the item at a reduced price.
4. Rental deposits
Security deposits on rentals are held, not charged, and released when the item is returned in acceptable condition. A dispute may capture up to the deposit amount for documented damage.
5. Your part
Provide accurate shipping details, inspect items on arrival, and open any case promptly with honest evidence. Abuse of buyer protection may limit access to it.
