Start with a photograph

Snap a photo or drag an image in. Tablesse extracts the colour palette from the piece automatically, so you can see at a glance how items sit together, and can remove the background to give the piece a clean, catalogue-like look.

What to record

Only the category is required — everything else can be filled in later or left blank. Record the pattern name, maker, year or era, piece type, quantity, condition, acquisition cost, storage location and any notes. The more you record, the more Tablesse can do: pattern and maker are what power set completion, pattern pages and saved-search matching.

Keep the paperwork with the piece

Attach receipts, appraisal certificates, insurance documents and provenance records directly to an item, and log valuations over time from appraisers, auction results or your own estimate. Tablesse tracks gain or loss against what you paid.

Your data stays yours

Export the whole catalogue as a CSV file whenever you want it — for insurance, estate planning, or your own records. Deleting a piece archives it rather than destroying it, so a mistaken delete is recoverable.
